Biography
Andrea Caro was born 1995 in Sedalia, Missouri. She attended elementary school in Gravios Mills, Missouri and high school at Versailles, Missouri. She has been drawing since early childhood and began painting in elementary school. She began exploring mediums such as charcoal and found object in high school and continued to expand on those mediums once she entered State Fair Community College where she also learned to weld. She sold her first art piece while attending State Fair and began taking part in student art shows. She graduated from State Fair with her Associates of Arts Degree and began attending Lincoln University. Since she has been at Lincoln University she has won a Judge’s Merit Award for her oil painting Nude Figure and has continued to use oil paints along with other mediums such as charcoal, water color, and collages using multiple paper sources.
